SALES, SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

Review your order thoroughly as it is the responsibility of the customer to select and verify that the parts they are ordering are what they intended to purchase.
The Customer acknowledges that they have reviewed their order for accuracy and agree to pay for all materials plus freight charges shipped to their determined location.

Pricing

All Pricing is subject to change with market conditions. If pricing is incorrectly displayed on our site, Cover Your Brass LLC, at its sole discretion, will choose to honor that price or contact the customer with the correct pricing, before it has shipped. If you need a price held for a particular job quote, please contact us for a written 30 day estimate.

Shipping

All items will be shipped as quickly as they are available. Cover Your Brass LLC makes no guarantee on availability. Our Standard shipping is 2-3 day delivery from time of shipping. Some parts may be shipped directly from the factory and can require 3-5 days instead. Cover Your Brass LLC reserves the right to send products via other methods that may be longer or shorter periods of time at our discretion.

Returns

Cover Your Brass LLC will accept returns for items that were ordered and sent incorrectly by us with no penalty to the customer. NO RETURNS ON FINAL SALE ITEMS.

We will accept returns of product for up to (30) days from the date of purchase.

The following items may be returned for a full credit with full return shipping:

Merchandise that has been incorrectly sent to you.
Defective items (as determined by the manufacturer)
The following items may not be returned to us:

Custom Orders
Merchandise that has been installed, used or abused or has other cosmetic defects such as dirt, concrete, oil, etc.
All other items returned within 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus original shipping and handling. Additionally, if items are missing parts or have been damaged an additional charge may be applied to bring product back to resalable condition.

Credit for returned parts will only be issued once original parts are returned to our warehouse and in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for return freight to our warehouse.
Refunds will be reimbursed to the original credit card which was charged at time of purchase once returned part has been received.

Customer Provides Return Shipping. All merchandise has to be in resalable condition as determined by Cover Your Bras LLC

CANCELATIONS

Cover Your Brass LLC is not responsible for customer cancelled orders. At Cover Your Brass LLC's discretion we can try to stop a shipment before it has left our docks. Cover Your Brass LLC makes no guarantee of our ability to stop an order from shipping once it is ordered online. If product has already shipped and a customer cancels, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges back to our warehouse and a 25% restocking fee before the remainder of credit will be issued.
